I paid for pro version hoping that all issues may get resolved but up-gradation itself had a problem!

Hi,

And what issue do you see on this screen shot? It simply says that while updating the theme the back-up theme will be created in order to save the theme as various theme configurations may cause issues while updating. So press Create backup and Upgrade button.

I did, upgrade button goes to themler.com page where its asking me to buy subscription again - I already bought upgrade today, why does it come again? Its already upgraded. Please look more precisely.

We see that your upgrade order was completed successfully so you should be able to update any theme without issues. Please try to:
1.Clear cache:

2. Clear AppCache. Use Chrome browser for this:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/14063/how-to-clear-appcache
3. Log in anew under this account in the top right corner.
