Sorry for the delay.

In the WooCommerce system status I can see the following message for file cart.php:
version 3.0.0 is out of date.

This message itself does not mean anything. It means that cart.php file has a text comment with different version. That's all. In the last beta update we fixed this comment and the message does not appear. We do not recommend that you do not modify theme files manually as it may cause various different issue.

the problem is that the cart is not shown correctly in mobile phone.

Please explain this issue in more details including screenshots.

You're seeing that message because your theme overrides cart.php and it hasn’t been updated to match WooCommerce 3.1.0. Changing the version comment doesn't fix the code mismatch. Replacing it with the updated 3.1.0 code is the correct fix.

To avoid issues, check if your theme (Themler) has an update that supports WooCommerce 3.1.0. If not, manually update all overridden WooCommerce templates in your theme.
