I can not find the documentation for column--shortcodes

This article is a little alb and re unpublished it.
Currently you don't need a shortcodde. If you want to add columns inside some article you can simply insert Columns control in the green content area of this specific page. Themler will automatically create shortcode.

Hmmm, can you explain this more? I am not following your instructions. I believe they are asking about a Joomla editor not in Themler. Maybe you can add some more editor buttons for Joomla's editor?!

What is the difference? You can add Columns and style them in the way you need in Themler and get shortcode in the Joomla editor. It easier then creating of the shortcode manually.

I do not understand what you are saying.

Say I want to add columns to a Joomla article. How is this done with you idea? Can you show me how you are doing this?

open your article in Themler
insert columns - insert html - save

go to Joomal admin panel - open your article

It is no solution for Users who dont want to use Themler for content editing.

This is for Joomla and can be edited there with every editor

Right, exactly, I do not want to open articles in Themler to add columns. We need a editor button that adds columns as a plugin.

Sometimes I may want to use Themler to add some fancy stuff but often I just need 2 columns and it's a pain to go through all that.

But in any cause, it's easier to create specific article where you will insert controls in Themler to get shortcodes. Because Themler allows you to easily stylize the controls which will be converted to the shortcode instead of manual adding attributes. You can then copy shortcodes from this article into other articles or modules/widgets where shortcode processing is supported.

Thank you for publishing this back.

I can't speak for everyone but for me I sell my services to prospects by telling them Joomla (or other CMS) allows them to edit the content themselves without technical knowledge. This is a big selling point. I've always felt that your targeted audience is more technical then my end-user. Your interface has greatly improve from our perspective but I would never let my customers edit content using your editor. Although it would probably allow me to make more money fixing all the things they break, I would loose them as clients. :-) On that note please never take away the ability to save the template without the Themler editor.

Themler is a theme generator at first place. There are a lot of ready paid and free CMS visual content builders that you can use. We're also working on our own.

Thank you very much for your article, I managed to fix an error after updating the template, when the plugin Thmeler-code stopped working and showed an error. I fully agree with you to rebuild the page with the column codes. This solution is not handy.
