Hi I get an empty page when going to edit theme.
Even with a clean Drupal 8 on server and bitnami.

Usually empty page means some error.
Could you please check server logs and enable error reporting so we can see what error the page returns.

Unfortunately we cannot say anything without error message.
This could permissions issue or issue with php memory or upload/post limits or anything else.

Does the issue happen if you disable unique field module and clear cache?
