Hello, when adding a button to a theme there is a Icon setting for adding an icon to the button.

How can a default icon be set for all buttons like this. I only see some image settings for default buttons settings. I would like to use an icon for all my buttons.

Thank you

Hi,

Unfortunately default button does not support icon option.
I can provide you with the code that you can use to assign an icon to button but I need to know what icon exactly you want to use.

Thank you,
Olivia

I want a button like this one. http://adyadvantage.com/ Where the arrow appears on hover.

Thanks

Hi,

You can create the same button with the following code:

a.bd-linkbutton-2.data-control-id-1462525:hover:after {
    content: '\29c';
    font-family: 'Billion Web Font';
}

where a.bd-linkbutton-2.data-control-id-1462525 is the unique button class name that you should find with the the inspect element option. Or if you need it for all buttons, then try to use this code:

   .bd-button:hover:after {
        content: '\29c';
        font-family: 'Billion Web Font';
    }

Sincerely,
Hella

Hi,

You can, as I said the code with the unique button class name will create the arrow in one button only.

Sincerely,
Hella
