Hey there
I have a customer who wants me to give him a black and white effect on a picture
He wants the picture to be black and white and when you move over it it will be colorful
I work with themler on WordPress

Hi,

That is the screen shot from the old application interface. You can find the Hover Box control under the Insert >> More panel and then specify different images for the background slide and the hover slide.

As a possible solution, you may use Hover Box control:
http://answers.themler.com/articles/8397/hover-box
You may use two images - black adn white for passive state and colorful for hover state.
