While in mobile view my first level of navigation is not clickable if the item has subitems. The item only allows the expansion of the subitems. When clicked again, it closes the expansion. I need the first level to be clickable, how can this be accomplished?
My site is www.salemcc.edu. Look at the "about scc" tab. On a desktop it works fine, but if you shrink the screen down to mobile view watch what happens.
A work around could be to disable the subitems when in mobile. Maybe you can guide me to do that, if there is not another way.
