background images disappear when publishing

I have a problem with my site. When I save everything is fine, but if I publish the site, all background images disappear.

(index):339 GET **/css/images/designer/436760b3917598e018442f47c12fe933_a3817979654_16.jpg 404 (Not Found)

Hi,

We;re aware about this issue and our developers are working on it. In the meantime you can solve it manually by saving theme (using Save option).

Any update on this fix? Because it is still not publishing with images and icons in Drupal 8.
