Wordpress: Themler loses images and formating BUT the website still works.

This is a strange one.

I have several customer WP websites and have been slowly converting them to Themler with really good results. I am gaining confidence and the results are impressive but the latest website converted to Themler is causing me real problems.

The Website is www.bspf.org.uk and will look good to you as a visitor BUT ...

Whatever I add to Themler, a theme from the library, my own images, or sections from the library, they look like they are 'supposed' to, then the images disappear and the text formatting 'breaks down' - that's the best description I can give so please check out the attached images. Numbers 1 and 3 are the top and bottom of the home page from the Themler screen; 2 and 4 are how they appear to visitors.

The really strange thing is the website looks as it is supposed to to visitors.

I have repeated the process many times. I have removed most of the content then started all over again. I have tried different themes and sections and images but the problem persists. All my other Thelmer sites work 'properly'

The site is WP 4.8 with the same plug-ins that are in most of the other sites I develop, including the Themler core so for this reason I have not disabled all the plug-ins to see if any one of them are causing the problem.

Hi,

Could you please upload the images with the names that do not include special characters (only Latin and numbers). Also maybe some suggestions from here will be helpful:

Many of the issues are caused by the plug-ins or permissions issues.

Sincerely,
Hella

Thanks for your reply.

I've attached files with corrected names.

I'm pretty sure nothing in this site is different from the other (about) 10 sites that I have successfully got Themler running in.

It also has the fewest number of plug-ins of all my sites and they are each live in the other Themler sites.

I'll go through the suggestions in the link you sent but looking at them briefly I don't think any of these are the answer.

It's a live site so I can't disable all the plug-ins so I'll need to make a copy and use it for debugging.

Hi,

As I understand the issue is in missing styles in Themler, when the website looks ok, right?
Looks like php code execution is prohibited in the /wp-content folder. Please check folder permissions or ask hosting provided to do it.

Thank you,
Olivia
