Hello,
It's been several months that members have reported you a zip export problem under Mac.
On a topic you replied that the concern had been corrected.
I just installed the latest version of your app and it is with great regret that I discover that the problem has not been fixed.

PLEASE! Can you really solve this problem?

Thanks
Pascal

Hello Pascal,

Is export possible for you, if you try to start Themler directly in a browser like Safari, Chrome or Firefox with the URL like http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/ and then export? The exact numbers instead of XXXXXXXXXX can be specified if you run Live Preview in Themler - these are the numbers in browser address bar.

As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

aaanupes,

Could you please provide some more details about the issue in your case? Do you try to export from Themler for Mac as well or from Themler on your hosted website?

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi Pascal,

I understand your frustration. We addressed this issue before, but it looks like some users are still affected. We're looking into it again—could you share your macOS version and any error messages? That would help us resolve it faster.

By the way, if you use Dropbox and need an easy way to back up cloud-only files to an external HDD, I recently shared my method using CloudMounter. It saved me a ton of hassle! Read this.

Thanks for your patience!
