Themler Joomla Error

Being happy subscriber of Artisteer for the more than 5 yrs, I subscribed Themler, Pro version and I could not develop single template this far. I am designing Joomla website and still, Aritsteer is comfortable for me. Since Aristeer is considered as stopped its updating I tried Themler last week to learn it. But still facing a lot of problems. I can't replace sections, I tried after disabling firewall and antivirus also still facing many kinds of errors. One of the error report I am pasting below and like to know can I expect any updating of Artisteer Software which works offline?

Sorry for the delay.
The log looks ok.
When does the issue happen exactly?
Did you try reinstalling Themler Desktop with disabled antivirus/firewall?

Unfortunately w do not plan Artisteer offline version.
