Prestashop theme editing

Testing how to edit themes in Prestashop for first time, so it is maybe something trivial I am missing.

Installed theme by manual. All settings in backend are as on screenshots.
Only difference is cannot use "www" in URL because it is a localhost.

And cannot edit theme. Theme is default theme downloaded from themler.com.
Outline tab is empty, cannot click on anything. Dont see any special JS errors. Layout button not working.

Only thing I can do is to resize sheet, but still not even this holds.
Short said edit screen behaves as real website.

Get this error, but did not help to disable this module:

Is it maybe because multistore is enabled ?

It is not, just disabled multistore.
It is not third party modules, just disabled them all. Can it do something with cache ?

Found it. One option in debug should not be activated. Dont know why it was activated.

Perfomance
Debug mode

Disable all overrides = NO.

Indeed, there might be problems with the advanced themes like the Themler theme when the overrides are not allowed.
