I would like to kwnow the way to change color or to do appear the headline on scroll.
It's OK for changing logo size and color of sticky header but i don't see how to change the color of my site title.

You can use this one:
.affix h1 {
color: #456789;
}
It should work fine if you have only one H1 heading in your sticky control. And the headline is the only text that should be H1 on the page, so should be working properly.
