I am opening the Thelmer on my desktop and I try to open Home page to edit it and It gets me to Page Not Found page. Are you aware of that? Is there any problem with Themler?

Could you please check that the source of the default menu item inside Joomla admin is set correctly. If that is the single article, check that the article exists. You can see how to set the default menu item under the Home tab here:

You do have the Joomla admin as Themler works with the real sites. On the screen shot there is a Joomla sign on the top ribbon (third from the right side). Press it and you will access the admin panel.
