If I'm correct, the only difference there is that allows you to save and export WooCommerce, Presta Shop etc. Which depending on what version you use to have, didn't allow. They still allow you to access these even without the subscription for evaluation purposes.

You cannot save any themes, right? Under the current account I see one order as of 24-Jun-17 with the status "Declined" and one as of with the status "New". So there is no purchased and approved orders and so no active subscriptions. Did you make an order with any other account?
