Dear Support,

I´m trying to load a module from themler but not it permit me work and appear message "403 forbidden" .
Please see image attached.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in responding. Please provide the more detailed instruction about how the issue appears.
In any case I suggest you to follow the recommendations in the error message. Check the server permissions and try to disable all the site plug-ins.
