Help with Joomla Submit Form

Hi.

I am creating a new template and have added a form on the Home page with a submit button. I have 2 questions.

  1. How do I increase the height of the text area?
  2. How do I make the submit button send the form to my email address?

You can set the desired height for the textarea control. Also there you can read about what you need to do to add the functionality to the button.

There are so many good form extensions in Joomla so you should probably use one of those. I don't know if Themler will add sending options in the program. Would be nice for HTML5 sites but would need required field options and bcc address, etc.
