I have a problem with the program I can not enable the Joomla option to create a template pops up error:

Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: No database selected SQL = DELETE FROM jk1_session WHEREtime <'1499550953'

Hello.

None of the ways presented in that link helped.

I am submitting a file from the Themler Diagnostics Tool

Other options Html, Wordpress, DNN work normally, a bit big but they work. And the Joomla option does not work.

I will add that I have Windows 10 Profesional.

Please help thank you.

Hi,

What if you try to rename the following folder to joomla-old and then run Themler anew:
C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_117537769\joomla
Please let us know the result.

Unfortunately nothing helps still the same problem occurs.

Maybe it's the windows 10 fault?

Hello,

It can be caused by Themler installed not correctly.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for Joomla and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.
