Responsive Wordpress Site - Everything is overlapping and/or going off the screen

I've attached my Wordpress Theme. I've been working on it for hours trying to correct whatever I've done to it so it now bears no resemblance to the Desktop view.

The desktop view is exactly what I was trying to design, and that the client loves!!

BUT I've been (trying) to follow all the advice on the other threads about making the slider, images and text responsive but the site, in phone view, is just horrible and everything I do is making it worse.

I'm sure when I was using Artisteer that the site was 'automatically' responsive, but it looks like Themler needs more hand-crafting of all the elements to make it work on the different screen sizes - or is it just me?

I need some adult supervision please.

Hi,

Themler has a lot of more possibilities for website configuration in different responsive modes. And the result depends on the initial configuration. I suggest that you recreate the initial desktop layout basing on the Columns control. In this case the responsive configuration will be easier then now.

Thank you,
Olivia

Hi Olivia, Thanks for your prompt reply.

I think I have used columns mostly BUT I've noticed that the ones I have added from the Themler library (as Sections?) seem to be more responsive than the ones I added as simple columns so I'll explore adding more from the Library and moving my images and texts into them.
