Please try editing the Alternate Row style for Table in Styles, and make it the same as default row style.

I have the same problem but editing the Alternate Row background color does not change the color when I use the template. The example in themler does show the change. I have tried edited the template.css directly by searching for "odd" and editing the color and still does not work.
Any help would be appreciated
