Design not updating when changes are made

For some strange reason, My theme does not update when changes are made in themler. I have to manually refresh the theme using the refresh content button before i see changes. It wasnt like this before. How can i fix.

Hi,

Please explain in more details. You edit something inside Themler (the design or content?) and you do not see those changes (in Themler or on the live site?) until you press the refresh content button inside Themler? You are working in the editor on the live site? Then please clear the site and browser cache. Also if you have caching plug-ins installed on the site, disable them as well.
