Hi,

Could you please try to rename the following folder into joomla-old and try to run Themler once again:

C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_XXXXXXXXXX\joomla

The numbers instead of XXXXXXXXXX can be seen in the browser address bar when you make Live Preview in Themler or in Theme Management screen at the bottom.
This should help.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi,

ich habe das gleiche Problem.
Ich kann keine Templates mehr öffnen. Es erscheint immer der Fehler "404 - Article not found.

Allerdings habe ich keinen Ordner "hd_data/themler_..." in meinem Programm-Ordner.
s. Screenshot

Ich habe Themler schon mehrfach deinstalliert und neu installiert. Es hat nicht geholfen.

I can not open templates anymore. The error "404 - Article not found.

However, I have no folder "hd_data / themler _..." in my program folder.
Look at the screenshot.

I have Themler already several times uninstalled and reinstalled. It did not help.

stov,

Judging by your screenshot, you look in the Program Files folder instead of ProgramData. Please note that it can be hidden folder. The exact path for you should be C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_1600832178\joomla
Then please try the way suggested aove and let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Are you sure you have the Joomla install configured right? Login to the local install and check to make sure the homepage is published correctly with the Themler template, etc.

This happened to me and it was because the Joomla page was not working, nothing to do with Themler. Not sure if Themler caused it during the upgrade or not though.

Hello,

I had the same 404 issue and since renaming the joomla folder, Themler reinstalled joomla and functionality is fine, but I have lost all of my templates created so far. I tried copying them from the joomla-old installation but they do not appear back in Themler. Could you please let me know if there is a way around it?
