I am new to Themler and was put onto it by my web guy. He gave me a brief tutorial but some of the things she showed me are not working for me. The main thing is making an image in a section mobile view friendly. I would have thought this would be a standard, if not automatic feature of the program. Do I need to build four versions of my sites so that they look acceptable on all four viewing areas? I hope this is not the case. Please provide a step by step solution to this frustrating issue. Thank you.

Hi,

Probably you have the fixed size values set for the image. Try to set the width in % and the height to auto. If that does not help, attach your theme exported with the content and editor included and also attach the screen shot showing where the problem occurs.

Sincerely,
Hella

Thank you for your reply but that was not the answer.

Thankfully I found another Themler user who was able to show me what I needed to do.

I have had a look through your video tutorials and I have to say they are very lacking. I think that if you want to stop people complaining about your after sales service and support, perhaps you could have someone who uses Themler regularly to make some more practical video tutorials for your site.

A library of five to ten minute videos that cover all of the difficult to learn or most frustrating elements of the program would stop up to 80% of complaints, I'm sure. The current videos are really not overly helpful.

Anyway, thanks for getting back to me.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback, we'll consider to redo the videos. In any case you can contact us in any occasion, we would be glad to help you. But in most cases we need at least the link to the site where we could see the problem, or a screen shot. It is hard to help when you do not see the problem and cannot review the code.

Sincerely,
Hella
