Hi,
You mean the content area for posts? If you have deleted it, then go under the Sidebars tab and enable the CMS Content option. If the problem is different please provide more details about it. A screen shot may be helpful.

ok thankyou, I see by doing this the "hello world" block appears... And so when in drupal this represents/updates to what? Blog posts? Forum posts? Something else? If I leave it as is out-of-the-box, what does drupal do with it? Fill this area posts from the blog or forum? If I creat a dummy post in drupal, it gets put into this block?

Yes, it will display the content specified in the Drupal admin panel for that page. You can try updating some posts in Drupal and then Refresh Content inside Themler and you will see how those posts will appear i Themler. But note, that there is no option to edit the dynamic content in Themler, you can only edit its design, not the text itself.
