Hello. I've tried to install Themler DEMO for Windows, for MAC, Themler for Joomla and Themler for HTML.
I always get the same error: a popup windows loop asking "retray ?".
What's wrong in my installation?

When i try to launce the file exe in windows , when i click on the "edit template" button in the template\modify in joomla, when i try to access to the URL http://host/[themler_folder]/themes/[theme_name]/editor/app.html (Themler for HTM): always the first time i try to access after installing

Hello,

If you cannot access Themler both installed on the hosting server and on the desktop, it can be issues with accessing Themler servers. Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and also add-ons for the Chrome browser on your computer.
It can happen that antivirus or firewall are not disabled completely even if stopping them and are blocking/removing necessary files.
Please try to add the following folder to your antivirus/firewall white list:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler\
C:\ProgramData\Themler

Also please add the websites *.billiondigital.com, *.themler.com and *.themler.io to exception list.
Then please clear Appcache in Chrome: chrome://appcache-internals - all Themler entries.
Please let us know the result.
