Cannot apply Images clipart - infinite login box loop

Hi

I am having the same problem as below

No matter what I try to apply from clipart I am just going into an infinite login loop even though I am already logged in and successfully saving.

Looks like the photos cannot be applied, as subscription is expired. You may check if your subscription is active using this link:
https://themler.com/User/Orders/Subscriptions

Hello,
yesterday I had the same problem and my subscription is not expired. It expires in June 2018. So I got the picture directly from billionphotos.com, but it would be easier to apply photos with themler.

Maybe there is another issue.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have tried to add the images of the Small size and not bigger. You have Business subscription and only small images are included in that subscription.

Hi

I have resubscribed and now its working. However, I could have done with an email to remind me my subscription was expiring and/or a prompt for me to resubscribe rather than it just not working which is a waste of my time and yours. Just a thought?

I also have the login loop when trying to download free themes via the desktop application. I checked my subscriptions and they are all NOT expired.
I'm able to login via the web browser, but the desktop app through themler just creates a login loop when trying to download a theme through the billion dollar/ themler themes and components download.
