can not access menu from mobile side

Hi When I click on 'charter' or on my mobile the menu is not active how to I correct this?

Hi,

You mean that the menu item does not load the page but only expands the submenus? That should be because you have set so in the settings. Go to Themler >> Horizontal Menu >> Mobile Menu >> Submenu and set it to With Reload.
