Hi,

The styles under the Design tab are the default one. But they can be overridden by the style of each template and some plug-ins. Please open that page inside Themler, open the Posts control options in the top ribbon, go to Post Content drop down >> More Styles and there select table and blockquote and review the settings.
If that does not help, provide an access to the site back end.
