Template-Header is not displayed on Menu Item Types

Hello,

on my website the template header is not displayed. This happens on every Menu Item Type exept "Article -> Single Article"
With any other template this workes just fine. Where do I have to search for this issue?

Please go to the Insert tab >> Header and make sure it is enabled for other templates.
