1 site built with themler, but now it's broken

Hi,

We built 1 site with themler last year. However, we found building a theme with Themler did not fit our needs so it remained by making just 1 site: https://www.hennievandekar.nl/

Our licence has expired in januari 2017.

Just recently our client reported that her site is broken. Top menu structure is gone, also some modules on the left and in the footer are gone. Basically, modules don't show up.

Could this issue be related to the Themler version we used?

Hi,

Sorry for such a long delay. Due to temporary technical problems your topic disappeared from our internal support system so we could not answer in time.

We need to investigate the site to say you if the issue is related to the old Themler version, but it's not the most possible reason as the theme was not changed and modules disappeared, something else that was done recently caused this problem.
To investigate we need more detailed explanation of what is missing and an access to the site back end.

Hello,

The problem is solved!

The problem occured after we updatet the site to Joomla version 3.8.1. That's why we thought there was a issue with the template and this recent version.

But we put back a backup and installed the Joomla update again. This time without problems!
