My problem is that when you tap on a menu item on a tablets, the dropdown dissapears very quickly.
Is it possible to display the dropdown menu longer than it does now?
Or could it be changed from on hover to on click, just like the mobile menu?

Hello,

Do you mean the vertical menu? Yes, the behaviour for it can be chosen in the Vertical menu tab in Themler - you can set the items to be opened on hover, with reload or let them stay expanded.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.
In case of non-responsive horizontal menu this is behavior by default too. The touch devices do not have hover state. The tap is equivalent of click. When you click on the link the browser navigates to the linked page.
The double tap usually allows to open subitems. The non-clickable items (with #) should work ok too.

Thank you,
Olivia

OK, I understand. I have assigned the Mobile menu (hamburger) on tablets too. The problem is that on i-Pads the hamburger doesn show. The horizontal menu shows and that doesn work on tablets as the dropdown dissapears too quickly to even read the dropdownmenu as explained before. Could you please lety me know a way to show the hamburger on all tablets?

Hi,

I assume that the iPad screen resolution is bigger than the default responsive range for tablets in Bootstrap. So maybe you will need to set hamburger menu for the laptops too.

Sincerely,
Hella
