Logo Image not uploading

Hi

I'm at v4.18 but no matter what I do I cannot get an image to upload to the logo. I can insert a logo but it just looks like the screenshot after Ive uploaded an image from file or clip art.

Hi

I was trying to upload a png but have changed it to a jpg and now it has uploaded. Should it be possible to upload a png without issue?

Hello,

So far I couldn't reproduce the issue. How exactly do you add the logo - from file, from cilart, from URL?

Hi, I have the same problem! Nothing happens when I try to load a logo or image on a slide! There is a very fast flash but the empty image preview does not change. I made several attempts, disabled all plugins, installed a fresh version of Joomla without any additional components but each time it does not allow me to load images. It seems to be a probelma of Java conflicts. But I'm not sure anyway it does not produce any error signals. I have tested on various versions of PHP (5.3 - 5.6 - 7.2) but none of them works properly. Any suggestions? Thanks!
