Yes, you can purchase one year now. But now it will start from the today date. Please wait till the end of the special offer deal and all the subscriptions will be automatically edited to start from the end of your current subscription.

Unfortunately there is no discount for Business subscription in this Special Offer. But you can purchase Ecommerce or Pro with good discount.
