I can't scroll using keyboard

Hi.
I tried write this to support, in private, but now I'm trying write to all the community.
Somes months ago, I have realised I can't scroll using keyboard. First, I thinked it was something with my computer or my Chrome version. But now, I update the Themler Version and it still doesn't work. I tried it on Microsoft Edge and it works. But in Google Chrome, it doesn't work. Also, I download Themerl for Windows and I create a new template and it works so I think there is something in my templates. To create a new template, I duplicate a old one, because it's easy to me start in a point, not to start in blank.
Here, there're somes examples: http://www.proyectospcm.pe/, http://www.servisteel.com/
Do someone have the same problem? Can someone help me, please? I see another question about add a CSS line to modifie HTML style but it doesn't work. What can I do?

Hi,

Most probably the issue is related to parallax effect enabled on the page. Please try disabling it for texting. Parallax enabled smooth page scrolling which does not support scroll by keyboard.

I don't think that could be the problem. For example, in http://www.peruvendeseafood.com/, I don't use Parallax, but it still doesn't work. Another example is http://www.cesar-augusto-atoche.com/.
I realise that when the website is loading, there's <html dir style> but when the website is loaded completed, it changes to <html dir style>. Also, there is a change en <body>

Hi,

Sorry for the delay.
Did you enable Smooth Wheel effect in Themler under the Settings?
This effect also causes the reported issue because the library we're using for this effect does not support keyboard scroll.
