Hi,

I've played around with every setting for 2 hours, but can't make the black spacing around a self hosted video go away.
I can fill the container with a responsive image, but once the video starts playing the black margins are there. I can't make the video stretch to the size of container or make the container smaller.

Can you help?
I used to use Artisteer, but this is proving more challenging.

Thanks,
Nick

Hi,

The theme itself does not control the video inside the iframe and cannot remove the borders you're referring too. You will see the same result if you create static html page in any html editor and inset iframe with your video.
Usually the width is controlled by video link parameters. It works ok with YouTube and Vimeo videos which are supported by Themler Video control.
In case of self hosted video it is better to use HTML control and insert the video as iframe with desired parameters. There are a lot of examples in the Internet.

Thank you,
Olivia
