Hello,

i can´t Sign in from a Wordpress-Website to save, puplish, or receive any Updates.
Password and mail are correct, but nothing happens.

Till a few weeks it worked.
Any solutions for this Problem?

Is there any error message? Also you can sign in to this support system but those credentials do not work when you sign in in Themler editor from your site?

No error Message.
The sign in to the Support-System at the Themler-Website or Themler-Desktop-Version works.

  1. Please try to Clear cache:

  2. Clear AppCache. Use Chrome browser for this:

    Also please try to sign in with another browser - Chrome/Firefox.

Hello, I have the same problem with wordpress 5.2.3.
The login page dont have any error message.
I have clear all cache, but it is same, nothing happens.
