Wordpress templates are working. But Joomla is no longer working. We reinstalled Themler but cannot get Joomla templates working. Diagnostics attached as per your support page article.

Joomla page shows "article not found". Sometime we get a PHP error trying to create a new Joomla template or opening an existing one.

Firewall on Windows 10 is OFF. Virus checker OFF. Also added exceptions to firewall anyway but it is OFF,

PLEASE HELP!

Partially Solved. Found solution to get Joomla running again here ---> http://answers.themler.io/questions/147580/joomla-template-themler-for-windows-404-article-not-found

However, after renaming the joomla-old folder, we copied the "templates" folder to the new joomla folder but the templates are not showing up. Just a single "untitled" template is all that is there.

How do we get all our Joomla templates to show up again?

Hello,

You have renamed the original /joomla folder into /joomla-old, right? Then all your themes are located in /joomla-old. You may try two ways:
1. Either copy themes from /joomla-oldto the new /joomla folder. If Themler doesn't recognize them - doesn't show them in Theme Management screen, try way 2:
2. Remove them from /joomla folder, and then zip-compress each theme and import them as Zip one-by-one.

Nettie,

Still having the same problem after renaming to joomla-old. It goes back to the 404 error again. Clicing create a new template gives a blank screen with "404 article not found" again.

Running WIndows 10 Pro.

Please help!

Hello,

Please follow the steps below:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer if there are any. The path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
7. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.io, install it and try to start with Themler for Joomla and create a theme.
8. Update the theme to the latest version.

Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,
