data-smooth-scroll for main menu items

Hi,

Do you mean that you want to scroll the page to some anchor by clicking on the menu item?
For this you need to add an anchor on the page (element with ID like Section) and add the menu item of External Menu type to the joomla menu with URL: #id
In addition to this you need to apply "Smooth Scroll" effect to the Horizontal Menu control in Themler.
