Drupal 8 - edit template

Editing theme not working correctly.
When I want to go to edit the template I have the following error: the URL ends in &noCache=xyz where xyz is a random number that keeps changing constantly - Example admin/config/content/themler?theme=untitled&ver=418&noCache=97794
Console window: Navigated to http://www.albertrybnik.pl/admin/config/content/themler?theme=untitled&ver=418&noCache=62114
SyntaxError: missing ; before statement
process_request&action=init_project&themeName=untitled&version=1514807763:1:5540266

I have Drupal 8 (clean install), PHP 7

Please help me solve the problem.

There's no support for d8 and they even not trying to support d8. I'm also very-very dissapointed that i bought themler.
Totally waste of money because no d8 support (when i bought it they sayed something like soon-soon we support d8 but still nothing (over three years now)...
