online update is hanging

Hello again, Dear Support Team!
Yesterday I tried to get help under "Answers".

We have a problem updating the themler version with an editor that is online ...
As far as we click the button "Update", and then confirm, we come to an empty window

http://www.xxxxxxxx.de/editor/app.html?ver=432

This is a sign that the update is hanging.
The manifest file is also created.
But the update message does not disappear.
What can you do about it?

At the end of the failed update came the file 432.manifest

We can not find a solution ...

P.S. The solution was found. these are the local manifest files. I have put them from my computer via FTP in the editor directory and suddenly everything went right. All done.

HI Hella,

sorry but the problem isn´t solved for our customers.
They don´t know how to use FTP and they can´t update the editor with the update button.
Can you please check this problem?
If a customer clicks on update a white screen appears.

We found another bug with the editor. We can´t zip the website, if the editors URL is protected with a password.

Were there any manifest files on the server before you uploaded local files? Usually Themler exports theme with the required manifest and update works ok. I've tested it on my local webserver and everything was ok.

We found another bug with the editor. We can´t zip the website, if the editors URL is protected with a password.

Unfortunately this issue is not related to Themler itself. This is server permissions issue which cannot be solved from our side.
