Themler won't start

Hi, Themler won't start for some reason. I attached diagnostic log.
I use it in my laptop and my pc-to, but not in same time. And the problem is the same. I didnt doing upgrade for a long time.
Please help me.

Please try to temporarily disable antivirus, firewall, other third-party applications and also Chrome browser add-ons. Let us know if the issue is still present.
