Arteester instalation template themler

Hi,

I have arteester a lot years ago, and now we want to begin working with themler, I want to change a design from a template made with arteester.

I exported a template from arteester:
Themler-> CMS Joomla, but and I can´t installed it, I try make the installation from a folder throught FTP.

Could you help me?

What error message do you get? Please attach a screen shot of the error and also your theme so we could test it on our end.

Hi Hella,

I send you:
1. folder adress
2. error message, it doesn´t say any that I can resolve: "error installing the template"
3. Ftp files

Hi,

Have you tried to install the theme from the .zip file as the traditional way?

If that does not work, attach your .zip file to the ticket.

Thank You Hella, finally I could compress the template and make the installation, but the template doen´t have the styles that I had at artisteer
And doesn't work the "edit" button

Hi,

Please provide a screen shot showing the difference between the Artisteer theme and the design you see in Themler. Also what exactly happens when you press the Edit template button? Is there any error message?

Hella, I think that the software have a bug problem, now I'm reinstalling all.

Edit buttom doesn´t work in the back, I exported and installed the "joomla template", no "themler joomla template", and I lost all positions, I can saw that the "joomla template" had news positions. And finally I decided make a reinstalling.

Hi,

OK, please let us know the results after the installation. Also not that some positions may be called differently in the converted theme and you will need to check again their names to position the modules in the desired places.
