multilanguage in one page design

This Home page doesn't appears at WP Settings > Reading > Front Page Displays = Static Page. although i can see all the others

Looks like you have inserted all the sections of this page inside the blue template part. You need to move all the sections into the content area marked with the green border inside Themler.

Theres is still something wrong,
Here are 2 pages that work ok: http://coeoconsutores.ypunto.mx/espanol-2/ and http://coeoconsutores.ypunto.mx/en/ingles-2/.
You can see "English 2" and "Spanish 2" over the logo at the right when select language flags.

But at http://coeoconsutores.ypunto.mx (home page) when you select the flag, menus change but the rest of page doesn'
