Do you mean Joomla article or a text control? In any case, you may use HTML editing mode for this. For the Text control it is available in the Text tab.

You can edit the Text control HTML source code and remove <li> </li> tags from the elements that should not be in the list. But it will be more convenient to use another Text control for the plain text.

I know but please look at the printscreens. I put the il tags in the text and next i get a error message

You cannot put the tags in the Text control editor. I meant that if you add the list using the list button when it adds it to the whole text, then in the editor you can remove them for the undesired items. BTW, you have spelled the tag wrong. It should be li and not il. In any case, the best solution is to use different Text controls.
