Smooth scrolling not working

Hi,

I have a one page site with smooth scrolling that works perfectly locally with Wordpress provided by Themler (v. 3.8.1) but when I install the same themme in my production enviroment with Wordpress 4.9.4 , the smooth scrolling doesn't work .

Thanks for your response, I found the reason for this behavior, it is not an error. In the production environment, I had set the address of each section with \, I have seen that this deactivates the smooth scrolling effect because it goes directly to the section as a new page.
