I guess mac users should wait to purchase Themler when the Mac version comes out? I didn't renew my Artisteer support because you stopped releasing Mac version updates. Will I be able to get a better discount than you are currently offering for the PC desktop version?

Run Themler in a browser on Mac :

1. Run Windows in a Virtual Machine (VM) on your Mac (like free VirtualBox)
2. Install Themler Windows in that VM.
3. Change line in file c:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_1180730788\startup\common.php
   from http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_1180730788/startup/
   to the IP number of your VM like:
   http://192.168.2.50:12080/themler_1180730788/startup/
4. Start Chrome on your Mac and go to URL :
   http://192.168.2.50:12080/themler_1180730788/startup/

Presto ! :-)

Technically Themler runs on the Windows VM but at least the frontend (browser) runs on your Mac which is a lot faster than running it all in the Virtual Machine.

First, please note that this folder c:\ProgramData\ is hidden by default in Windows, so it can be tricky for some people. Also this folder, themler_1180730788, can include a different number.

I tried but it didnt work. I am using Virtualbox on a mac with Windows 7 running in a VM. Am I missing something? An extra config?
