This is added to the end ot Themler screen URL and keep changing numbers without an end. Some kind of endless loop. Started few hours after your latest work on cloud servers. Not directly but few hours after. Theme is one converted Artisteer theme, but whole day went OK to edit it.

bump please - I've been finding exactly the same problem today, the number at the end changes randomly, I'm guessing to prevent cacheing, but it's going round and round in a loop and isn't letting me get to the editor to change my theme.

Install "Plugin Organizer" plugin, disable plugins one by one tills you hit one making those problems.
You need to refresh Themler preview with F5 button.

Thanks Stagger,
Have tried disabling ALL plugins but afraid to say that it didn't seem to make any difference.

No, none, it's a fairly fresh theme - it's Woocommerce CMS version, just made a few adjustments to some basic design items - nothing too fancy at all.

Hi Nick,

Could you please create a new private ticket and provide us with all details about your issues.
We may also need a temp access to your WP back-end in order to help you.

Thanks,
Ivan

Thanks, but I've ended up deleting the problem themes and starting again, as I needed to get on with the job - thank you for your help though

Hi,
I've now had several re-occurences of this problem and I can see that lots of other people have similar.

There are two sets of behaviour that both seem to relate to the same problem
a) the URL ends in &noCache=xyz where xyz is a random number that keeps changing constantly
b) the URL ends in &ver=102 but the browser just constantly refreshes

In either case, it's impossible to load themler

It seems that the stock answer is to create a a private ticket - which might resolve the issue, but it seems to make a mockery of having forums so that people can help themselves, so if possible can we try to resolve this in this public forum for the benefit of everyone please.

Here's my own situation, I'm using the CMS version of themler - both WordPress and WooCommerce versions share the same issue, I create a theme and then have noticed that the same symptoms happen in any of the following circumstances:
* An update becomes available to themler and I choose to upgrade - then the upgraded version won't open
* An error occurs in the themler software mid edits (i.e. it crashes) - and then re-opening the theme causes the problem
* Attempting to re-open an old (previously saved) theme

Looking on FTP it appears that a new theme folder is created with the same theme name ending in "_preview" - although this doesn't show in the WordPress theme selector.

I'd really appreciate you sharing any solution you have to this please here on this public forum, as I'm seeing it on multiple versions of my own sites on different hosts - and seemingly lots of other people see similar issues, so I'm beginning to wonder if there is some core problem with themler that is being hidden from the public.

Hi Nick,

Unfortunately, there is no common solution for the reported issue.
We ask our users to create new private ticket for the reason that they can provide us there with a temp access to their WordPress dashboard so we can investigate the issue in some more details.

In some cases, the problem may be related to the lack of php memory set for your website.
It is recommended to have a limit of 128 Mb.

However, the majority of cases requires a detailed investigation from us.

Thanks,
Ivan

I have found the following after struggling with this.... I exclusively use Drupal so i can only speak of Drupal themes etc.
But I have narrowed it down to the 6 or so templates that are on line some of them cause this issue others do not.
here is what I have tried:
browser cache-no help
different browsers-no help
plugins-disabling no help none share a common plugin that would point to the culprit
firewalls-no help
rebuilding themes from the beginning-no help
sending themes and granting FTP access to support-still no help..they have not done anything yet and its been weeks
increase php memory-no help

The errors occur's on multiple devices, with different configurations-so this can not be issue it has to be software related

Delete preview folder and generate it again by visiting Themler link. Better copy folder somewhere to have backup.

I believe I have found there error that I had:
I was using a CDN CloudFare and it was conflicting with app called RocketLoader once I turned that off so far every site is loading with no issues keep my fingers crossed because this support system is really useless

Hello MItch,
thank you for the feedback.
That's good news that you found possible reason of the issue. Please keep us posted about a progress.

I see that only one your ticket is not not answered:
http://answers.themler.com/questions/78603/has-the-error-chache-34345-and-nocache-998435-been-resolved-yet
I'm terribly sorry for delay with it.
We'll contact you in that case when developers come up with a solution of workaround

Regards,
Aileen

I was the same problem (&noCache=58782), corrected by changing the version PHP 5.3 > 5.6 (Drupal 7).
