I work with Themler installed on my computer... and I want to install Templates created for joomla like ususal with a zip file containing xml file on it.
I've seen files on my profile and I've loaded it with the interface , but there's no xml file in it...
I use firefox and no Safari for my web....
I've search the zip file that I've created with Themler, given it a specific name, but nowhere on my computer.
The zip file are they uploading only on server Themler and not on desktop?
Thank's
Hello,
Please try the following
1. Make sure to enable cookies in Safari browser.
2. Please try to open Themler through a browser using this link
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_3549430928/startup/
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.
As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website.

Nettie,

I've posted an answer
I find on >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >>
I hope you have my first reply to the early reply
Hello,
Do you mean that the themes found in the hd_data cannot be downloaded in CMS? This is weird, as they should contain everything required. Also - does the way with opening Themler through the link work for you?

Nettie,

Yes, the Themler theme I've created opening with the link u'vegiven. I also can install the templates after I've got it in the specail folder u've given to me. Not the first time, but at the second try, it was ok.
I can use this way but it's no simple. I d'n't know why the file is not created in dowload folder... and I d'n't find the way to change this folder. I've tried also on my PC, and it's the same, not saved on the dowload folder, nowhere?
Strange.
Is it an other way to change the save folder... I'read a way on your forum, but it doesn't work...
Thanks

Can you export the theme in this way?

I've not try by this way, because from joomla administrator, I d'n'nt know how to proceed for exportation a template model... there was only an installation mode with a zip file....
But if u have a way, I'll be happy
Thanks
On the web, normally u can copy the folder from ftp and paste it in an other installation....

Gérard

In fact, this is just an alternative way to open Themler. Export should work in the same way, File tab >> Export as Zip.
