Hi I gave up on Themler a year ago and thought maybe by now you had improved things

I've just built a website using Themler, I look at it through you live website viewer...perfect

Then when I host it and view it with real browsers its completely all over the place
What's the point of your live website viewer if it doesn't reflect at all what a site is actually going to look like in a real browser like Chrome or Edge?

I've therefore just wasted 3 days building a site that looks great in your website viewer but is unusable if seen in a real browser

Hello,

Have you created the website in Themler desktop and then exported it? What exactly is missing? If it is content, you may need to use the option "Include Content" on export and click "Add or Replace Content" after importing the theme.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi Nettie
Its not the content is the layout
Can you please help with advice on 4 things
1. My layout is in columns. In some parts of the column I am able to drop in things like a text box but in other parts of the column it won't let me. What are the rules as to where themeler will and won't allow me to add text boxes?
2. I have inserted an image in one of the colours and added a text box on top of the image, but the text box won't stay in position and therefore it move around and messes up the layout of all of the other text boxes when it moves
How do I keep the text box in position over the image?
3. Containers and what to use the for? Should the go inside a column or should a column go inside a container and when should I use a container instead of a column to hold content?
4. Images. I just renewed my payment to themeler. I only what to use it to create an html site. Last time I paid for themeler I had access to billions photos but this time it won't let me use any of the photos without paying for them
Thanks for your help
Mark

Hi,

  1. Please provide your template exported with the content and editor included and then explain where exactly you cannot insert the control.
  2. Try to position the text control absolutely and move it over the image then.
  3. Container control is used mainly to group elements. If you do not need the elements to have some grid and do not need several columns, then you can use container. Also if you need to group controls within any other control (like header, section, column, etc.) then you can use container for that matter.
  4. You had Pro subscription that included all the media files from our library. Now you have purchased the Personal subscription. As seen on the purchase page, the Personal subscription includes only images that are free.

Sincerely,
Hella
