I have purchased a plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/events-schedule-wordpress-plugin/14907462) and am setting it up on a website (currently offline) - I have discovered one issue that I cannot seem to resolve... I am using Themler to build my Wordpress website template and the shortcodes only seem to work when added to the page/post content. When I add the shortcode within Themler as either text or html it just shows [wcs-schedule id=2] rather than the slider as set up. It does, work fine however when added to the page content - but this restricts me from actually positioning where I want it.
I contacted the plugin creators and they replied as follows:
"We are not familiar with Themler, so we can't say if there are any compatibility issues. Still, we are committed to good WP practices and we stick to plugin territory, so they might have a solution for this. You should contact their support and ask if you can use WP shortcodes in that particular section and if they support Vue JS script content. Since that section displays the naked shortcode, that might not be the way you can integrate shortcodes with their solution. Please contact their support and let us know how it goes."
